Health

It is the responsibility of the student attendee to inform the International Experience team of any health conditions that they have previously, or currently, suffer from. Including, but not limited to, asthma or bronchitis, heart condition, fits, fainting or blackouts, severe headaches, diabetes, allergies to any known drugs, any other allergies, e.g., material, food.

Each student attendee should record details of relevant health issues in an email and forward to t.sampson@worc.ac.uk.

Any relevant health information provided will be kept confidentially and destroyed after the trip or event has taken place.

Appropriate Behaviour

Whilst taking part in University organised trips and events please remember that student attendees are representing the University of Worcester and as such we expect all students to behave appropriately and respectfully.

Please be aware that inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour could affect the student attendee(s) participation in future events or trips.

Your Data (GDPR)

The information requested about student attendees is to allow participation in the trip.

Please note that the University of Worcester is the Data Controller and details of how we process your data including how long we retain it and your rights are details in the Student Privacy Notice and Record of Processing.
