This form is used for UoW Governors, Community and Partner Staff parking permit holders to authenticate prior to being able to update their vehicle registration(s) associated with their permit.

Once you submit the form you will be sent an email containing a link which will grant you access to your parking permit.

To receive the access link you must have a valid permit associated with the email address you submit.
