If you wish to use any of these rooms and the status shows that they are free you do not need to book, rooms can be used ad-hoc whilst they remain free.
If a last-minute booking has been made for a room on the Timetabling system whilst you are using it, you may be asked to leave if you are still present when the booking commences.
