This accommodation booking page is for Power of Potential conference delegates only. Please book your conference place before reserving your accommodation.
if you reserve a room and do not have a conference ticket your booking will be cancelled.

Once you have booked accommodation but wish to purchase additional nights, please ensure you do not select the dates you have already booked otherwise you will be charged again.

Cancellations received before midnight on 15th May 2024 will receive a full refund. Otherwise, for cancellations after this date no refund will be offered.
Cancellations by e-mail to worcUDL2024@worc.ac.uk including the name used when booking the event.

The conference takes place at the University of Worcester, UK on the 26th, 27th and 28th of June 2024. Rooms are available either side of the conference dates to help accommodate international delegate travel plans. Please only book those nights you require as refunds will be unavailable after 15th May 2024.
